 Cancer
at Such a Young Age

My
name is Jonathan Galvan. I am about to tell you a story that will let you, the
kids with cancer, know that you should always believe your doctors, your parents
and in God just like I did and you will always believe in miracles.
The
day that I found out that I had cancer was when I was three years old. Of
course I was scared because I was in the hospital with my family and my doctors
and didn’t know what was going on.
I
stayed in the hospital for almost one year. Through those days I was nursed,
treated and being kept company with my mom. It was sad though watching all
those kids in the hospital but the day came for me to leave.
Ever
since then I have been treated at home with medicine until the day I went to
school to learn about new things.
I
have been in school for six years and now I am about to enter sixth grade. I
have been doing okay in school. In elementary school I am the best reader but I
just hope this will be the same in sixth grade.
The
last time I went to the doctors they actually said I was cured. Thanks to my
doctors, my family and God this miracle will never be forgotten.
I
dedicate this to all the kids going through these types of situations.
